The multifunctional microcomputer 3.5kW/220V Induction Heater uses the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to convert electrical energy into thermal energy. Firstly, the 50Hz AC power is converted into DC power through an internal rectification and filtering circuit, and then the DC power is converted into high-frequency high voltage power with a frequency of 17-30KHz through a PFM control circuit. The rapidly changing current passing through the coil generates a rapidly changing magnetic field. When the magnetic field lines in the magnetic field pass through the heated metal object, countless small eddy currents are generated inside the heated metal object, causing it to heat up at high speed.
